I’m a strategic design facilitator, collaborator, and educator, bridging the gap between innovation and enterprise for future-oriented ventures, institutions and ecosystem enablers. I care about helping people solve meaningful problems, so they can achieve positive impact in what they do, how they do it, and why they do it. My approach to problem solving and discovering opportunities is through leveraging strategic design and design thinking methodologies in the output of facilitation (workshops, sprints, programs), collaboration (venture building, project-based consulting) and education (teaching, speaking). These methodologies have helped 150+ ventures, 10+ accelerators/incubators, 5+ universities, and ecosystems across Europe and the USA. I have a balanced approach of working both locally and globally, with a focus on building bridges between ecosystems, organizations, regions and countries to ultimately foster more innovation and entrepreneurship.

Facilitation
Workshops: Workshops are typically a duration of 2-4 hours, depending on the scope, and can be performed in-person or virtually. The workshops are tailored to audience needs, but generally around topics of entrepreneurship, investment-readiness, innovation, ecosystem enabling, and the collaborative economy.Sprints: Sprints are deeper dives powered by design thinking, lasting for 3-5 days, that fully investigates a problem or opportunity that results in actionable solutions at the culmination of the sprint. Sprints are generally around topics of innovation, product, design, strategy, and positioning.Programs: Facilitating programs can be done in two ways. One method is to join an organization and fit into their operations to facilitate a program, such as an accelerator program. Alternatively, organizations can collaborate directly with me to design, develop and implement a custom program specific to their needs, in external or exclusive environments. Programs range in duration from a few days to a few months.
Collaboration
Venture Building: This entails venture architecture and venture building. Through venture architecture, I work directly with ventures in outlining strategies across operations (product, go-to-market, investment, etc.) and work directly with the ventures to help execute deliverables to build and scale the venture. This is a collaborative process, working directly with C-Level personnel and project team leaders.Project-Based Consulting: In this capacity, I work directly with a venture (startup, scale-up, corporate) to address a specific problem or opportunity. We outline a scope for the project collaboration, and work together to move the project forward and achieve measurable milestones. This typically involves utilizing facilitation methods throughout the engagement to help overcome obstacles along the way.
Education
Teaching: As a guest lecturer at various business schools and design schools, I teach undergraduate and graduate students on topics around entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, business, and the fashion/retail industry. Speaking: As a speaker at various events and corporations around the world, I generally speak about topics such as entrepreneurship, innovation, ecosystem enabling, accelerators/incubators, sustainability, strategic design, the collaborative economy, and the future of the fashion/retail industry.My services fall into the categories of Facilitation, Collaboration, and Education. As a facilitator, I specialize in design-thinking powered workshops, sprints, and programs, to help businesses quickly solve problems and discover impactful opportunities. As a Collaborator, I bring an empathetic perspective and first-hand experience to venture building and project-based consulting, having worked with 180+ startups, 9+ accelerators/hubs, corporations and governments to drive innovation through entrepreneurship. In a venture-building capacity, this applies to building startups as well as building ecosystems – accelerators, incubators, hubs, etc. As an educator, I work hands-on with entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to future-proof their ventures through providing insights into the future of industry, technological innovations, and cultural shifts driving transformation. In these capacities, I have collaborated with disruptive startups, major corporations, leading universities, and forward-thinking government agencies around Europe.
