Why Zoom + Founderhood?

Zoom integration has been created to make your startup programs experience sleeker than ever. Now you can create and manage your Zoom meetings directly from the Founderhood platform. Utilizing your Founderhood organizer account you can create engaging meetings and keep your audience captivated with a tool that everyone is familiar with.

How to connect Zoom + Founderhood

Here’s how to set up the integration:

1. Log into your Founderhood account as an organizer.
2. Go to the Sessions tab inside your Founderhood Program.
3. Click "New Session".
4. Select "Virtual Session" as the type of your session.
5. Choose Zoom as your stream provider.

6. If you haven't connected Zoom before, you will see a warning message to connect your Zoom account.
7. Follow the link and connect your Zoom account.

8. If it's the first time you're connecting Zoom, you will have to follow the previous steps again to create a new session.
9. Now that your Zoom account is connected, you can create your session with Zoom as the stream provider.
10. Find the newly created session under the "Upcoming" tab within your program's "Sessions" tab.
11. Click "View Session" and start your Zoom meeting directly from Founderhood.

12. Your program startups will also be able to join your Zoom Session directly from Founderhood.

13. That’s it! Your Zoom call is all set up!

Removing Founderhood from your Zoom account

Here’s how to uninstall the Founderhood integration:

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the Founderhood app.
3. Click the Founderhood app.
4. Click Remove.

Note: If you remove the Founderhood Zoom integration, you won't be able to create new Zoom meetings or start existing Founderhood sessions that are run on Zoom. In addition, founders in your programs won't be able to join existing Founderhood sessions run on Zoom.
