ABDEL ALI HARCHAOUI is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Science, Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Tetuan, Kingdom of Morocco. He worked as a cryptography researcher at =nil; and was actively involved in the Placeholder proving system and Crypto3++ projects. His research was focused on PLONKish arithmetization systems, comparing different optimizations used on the recent proving systems like Halo2, Plonky2, Kimchi and Pickles from Mina protocol, Barretenberg from Aztec Protocol ..etc, and implementing custom PLONK circuits. He is interested in verifiable computation, formal verification of crypto libraries using Dafny, and also interested in HPC.
