Panteleimon Angelidis is the Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer at factual by bonafide, an award-winning startup (Disinfohacks 2022-23) he co-founded in January 2023. At factual, he is the architect behind the MVP, leading the development of innovative NLP software solutions designed to significantly accelerate journalistic fact-checking. Panteleimon's deep technical foundation stems from his research at the Computer Vision and Machine Learning Lab (AIIA Lab) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. There, he specialized in Financial Engineering topics, with a strong focus on cutting-edge Timeseries forecasting methodologies, and worked with vector embeddings. He is currently pursuing his M.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, and conducts research at the Biomedical Engineering Laboratory of the university. Research Interests: His core research interests lie Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, and interpretable AI systems. He is particularly focused on applications in biomedical prognostics. Panteleimon also holds a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Macedonia. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Panteleimon serves as a Consultant at Deloitte Norway. Based in Athens. his work involves advanced data engineering and credit risk modeling for top-tier Nordic banks.

Christos has 6 years of professional experience across diverse roles, including financial risk management, IT service sales, and data analysis. His expertise spans analyzing sales, procurement, operational, financial, and KPI data, as well as developing automation software to scrape and analyze information from the internet or private files. He has worked with leading organizations such as Europe’s largest public procurement information provider, Greece's largest legal firm, and Deloitte. Passionate about uncovering profitable niches that contribute to making the world a better place, Christos holds a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Data Science.
