KONSTATEC is a Morocco-first InsurTech platform building the operational infrastructure for motor claims and vehicle services.

After a motor accident, drivers, insurers, towing operators and workshops often rely on fragmented calls, paperwork and disconnected workflows. KONSTATEC brings these actors together around one shared digital case and a unified operational timeline.

Through KONSTATEC, drivers can report an accident or vehicle-service need, share their location and relevant media, while the platform structures the case and coordinates the appropriate service partner. This creates greater operational visibility, traceability and efficiency across the journey.

We are currently finalizing our MVP and preparing controlled pilots in Morocco. Our field validation includes engagement with 150+ garages, 20 emergency-service companies and 12 towing operators interested in integration, alongside exploratory discussions with the insurance sector. KONSTATEC was also selected for Morocco 300 and presented at GITEX Africa Morocco 2026.

Our business model starts with recurring B2B SaaS and API/integration revenue from insurers and enterprise partners, with the potential to expand into transaction-based revenue across repair, maintenance, roadside services and other automotive services as the network grows.

Our long-term vision goes beyond claims: to progressively connect vehicle services, transactions and automotive parts through a shared digital infrastructure — starting in Morocco and designed to scale across Africa.
